Massage Therapy provides both physiological and psychological benefits as I take an individualised approach, considering your unique mind, body, eco-system and life situation. By understanding each physical, mental, social and environmental level in your life I am able to provide you with the support you specifically need.

The integrative techniques used in these sessions support and enhance performance, recovery and relaxation for active clients. However this practice also assists with removing toxins, de-stressing the mind and body, improving sleep and calming the nervous system.

Clients can choose from three types of treatments:

Relaxation massage is a calming and rejuvenating treatment promoting full body relaxation using long, gliding strokes to slow down the nervous system. Beneficial for decreasing toxins in the body, improving circulation and easing tension.

Deep Tissue Massage is ideal for those who suffer from old injuries or chronic pain. This treatment improves circulation to flush toxins from the muscles and promote healing and full body wellness.

Sports Massage is the systematic manipulation of the body for therapeutic results. Through a variety of techniques and tools Bianca works with the muscles, fascia and fibrous tissue to release tension, enhance range of movement, mobility and restore unity and balance to your mind, body and over all health.

In this judgment-free space, we explore how you can improve your quality of life and move away from self-doubt, disconnect, fear or insecurity. I coach you how to cultivate a balanced, healthy and sustainable lifestyle, drawing from theories and tools which you learn how to incorporate into your everyday life and relationships.

We come together to develop an authentic, compassionate and honest relationship. We focus on presence and curiosity, as you move through an inner process and connect to, and with, yourself.

The focus is on your specific process and strengths. We rewire and adapt any unhealthy habits that are negatively impacting you, creating way for your health and well-being.

Gabor Maté states, “self-compassion is the key to releasing shame and false beliefs, which keep people locked in harmful behaviors”.

These sessions are not generalised or transferable -  it is about achieving actual results aligned to YOUR specific needs and lifestyle.

We work together, as I guide and support you in moving through the challenges so you can experience your full intellectual, creative and social potential.

I offer coaching to teens and adults, both on and offline.

Through mindfulness we learn how to observe life as it happens, working on accepting the current situation, with curiosity. We consider what the challenges in life can teach us, rather than coming from a space of judgement, or struggle.

Deepak Chopra states that meditation is not a way to make the mind quiet, but rather a way to enter the quiet, which is already there. During this practice you become grounded, centered and present. We create space for calmness and curiosity.

I offer one-on-one and group sessions, as well as workshops. The intention, goal and number of people participating in these sessions will determine each session’s duration.

I offer mindfulness workshops for children, teens, adults, corporates, parents and teachers, amongst others.

Note: mindfulness group sessions for children are arranged according to your child and teen’s current stage of development:

-   Mindfulness for 7 - 10 year olds

-   Mindfulness for 11 - 13 year olds

-   Mindfulness for teens (14+)

Yoga is not about flexibility, or being able to walk on your hands. Yoga is in everything, and it is for everyone.

How you practice yoga is up to you. Yoga is a medicine, a practice of self-discovery, connection and healing - inside and out. The mind benefits from stillness, and the body benefits from movement. Yoga is a moving meditation, the creation of harmony and synchronicity between mind and body, which leads to balanced health and well-being.

Through yoga we practice mindfulness. We focus on our breath as it anchors us in the present moment, and in our bodies. There are various styles of yoga, and they overlap. As in all of my sessions, I take a bottom-up approach, working specifically with you and your goals to determine what is required.

My personal style of yoga is a creative integration of play, mindfulness, breathwork and flow inspired by Kinstretch and Functional Remote Conditioning (FRC); to build body awareness and connection, flexibility and mobility through a usable range of motions.

We flow and explore different movements that align with your body. You connect to your mind, body and breath in a mindful way, which enhances awareness, strength, mobility and flexibility. I incorporate different styles of yoga - such as vinyasa, restorative and nidra - to align with your needs and goals.

I offer these sessions online and offline, as one-on-one and group sessions, as well as workshops.

It is so often that many of us fail to consider the importance of having full joint mobility and being flexible. Mobility and flexibility does not only significantly improve our quality of living, it also reduces day-to-day pain and increases vascular health. This is crucial for our bodies to be able to function in a healthy way, especially when we are moving and challenging our bodies in so many ways.

Mobility and flexibility training keeps your body strong and healthy and enhances your practice in other activities and sports. So, whether you are a cyclist, golfer, runner, surfer, gym-goer, or someone who does not exercise all that often, it is extremely important to become more aware, and begin to understand how you can incorporate mobility and flexibility in ways that align with you.

These sessions integrate static and dynamic movement and stretching, Functional Range Systems (FRS), Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and Kinstretch to build maximum body control, flexibility, and range of motion, allowing you to unlock your movement potential.

In these fun and playful Kid’s Breathe.Move.Play sessions we flow through an integration of various styles of yoga, functional and dynamic movement, static and dynamic stretching, meditation, and breathwork.

Through this engaging practice children discover the art of mindfulness, their inner power, and coping skills. They are able to build confidence, autonomy, self-esteem and insight. This practice is also a helpful tool to assist children with stress management, enhance concentration and emotional regulation.

Group sessions are arranged according to your child’s current stage of development:

-   4 to 6 year olds

-   7 to 8 year olds

-   9 to 13 year olds

Yoga and movement allows us to play in our bodies. Movement is an incredible tool which assists us in exploring our mind, body and breath. As we move, we return to ourselves - a beautiful thing to do when we live in such a frantic, busy and distracting world.

Yoga emphasises how all of our bodies, and minds, are different and unique. In yoga we do not compare ourselves to others. We embrace and love our incredible bodies, and enjoy them.

During these creative and mindful one-on-one sessions your child will develop confidence, autonomy, self-esteem and insight, discovering their inner power and coping skills.

Yoga inspires us to move the body - stretch, bend, play, as we celebrate what the body can do.

These workshop sessions allow you to explore and be creative within your body. Let us guide and support you as you discover these acrobatic-like poses.

This fun and grounding play is great to share with couples, friends, families and colleagues.
